Efficient and extremely friendly customer service. They listen to your concerns and answer your questions. They don’t pressure you into accepting any offers. They tell you the issues with your vehicle based on tests they perform and it’s up to the customer if they want to fix the issue. The driver who drops/picks up customers during oil changes is extremely courteous and friendly.

I knew exactly which vehicle I wanted and how much I wanted to pay - it was easy to finalize the deal. Communication from the dealership was excellent. These days too many people "hide" behind email and voice mail but that is not the case with staff at performance Honda. I dealt with several staff through the process and everyone either answered the telephone right away or returned my message very quickly

The team at Performance Honda are spot on! Spot on being friendly, trusting and professional. Mr. L. Sidhu made car buying easy and satisfying. His knowledge about car is amazing. He is very polite with kids and offer them colours and stickers to engage them.Their inventory is stunning. The car we purchased is a delight! We'll be sure to recommend our friends see you guys first.

I wanted to thank the service team for being so accommodating to my mom last week when she was in for service. My mom was very happy with how friendly everyone was to her. Thank you to Service Advisor Sean for making sure my mom was taken care of, I knew she was in the right hands. And thanks to Adi and Jerome for making sure her car was spotless!! Nial and Anthony, you guys are amazing!! It makes me happy to know my mom will always be happy when she visits your dealership!

I wanted to buy myself a car for my birthday. My family and I love Honda’s, when I got to the dealership I was greeted by Tammara who was so welcoming. She helped me to find the car I’ve always wanted in the style and colour. She stayed in constant contact with me, giving me updates and answering any questions I had. She was always checking on the car to make sure it was perfect for me when I came to pick it up, she made sure I was able to get my car the day of my birthday and even put a bow on it for when I got there. I was so grateful to Honda Mayfield for giving me my best birthday gift ever, and thankful for Tammara helping me through the whole process. They will not disappoint you, they go above and beyond.
